To provide optimal training protocols, the App requires specific physiological data:

• Account Data: Email address and authentication credentials.
• Operator Metrics: Age, gender, height, current weight, and target weight.
• Protocol Logs: Daily weight entries, sleep duration, macronutrient logs, and completed workout sessions.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

Your data is strictly used to calibrate your dashboard and track your high-intensity protocols. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketing companies. Data is used to:

• Calculate progress against your target objectives.
• Render visual charts mapping your weight and sleep trends over time.
• Manage your 48-hour CNS recovery timers and protocol adherence streaks.

3. DATA STORAGE & SECURITY

Your data is securely transmitted and stored using Supabase, our backend infrastructure provider. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your physiological data from unauthorized access.

4. DATA DELETION

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated physical metrics. You can initiate an account deletion directly within the App settings or by contacting us at the email below.
